Los Angeles 40th District (Episode 2)

Los Angeles 40th district is home to over 700,000 people and only 2 out of 10 people are showing up to vote in local government elections. Comparing that to the state of California's average, which is almost 7 out of 10 people voting, Los Angeles 40th district has probably one of the lowest showings, in the state and the nation. I welcome you to take a deeper dive with me into the issues of my old neighborhood, as I start to travel the streets that saw me grow up, most of my life.
