    This week we highlight Sagtikos Manor in West Bay Shore, a historic home dating back to 1697 that served as a British headquarters during the Revolutionary War and later hosted President George Washington in 1790, now part of the Long Island 250 celebration ahead of America’s 250th anniversary in 2026.
