The Philadelphia Phillies smack 21 hits in 12-7 win over the Seattle Mariners!

Trea Turner hit this first homer at HOME this season and drove in five runs. J.T. Realmuto hit a blast to left field and Bryce Harper DEMOLISHED two baseballs for 440ft & 448 feet for his 20th and 21st homers over the season to help the offense plate their 12 runs in the win.

Ranger Suarez tossed 6.2 innings of scoreless baseball BEFORE he gave up his first run of the game. Trying to record seven-scoreless he faced Mitch Garver with two outs in the 7th. Garver worked the third full count of the inning and then blasted Suarez’ 7th pitch of the at bat over the wall in left-center field. Ranger ended the night with a career high 10 strikeouts while being charged for two runs on four hits, no walks and one hit batter. He improves to 9-6 on the season.

Jordan Romano allowed a three-run homer in the 7th when he "relieved" Suarez. Then newcomer Nolan Hoffman surrendered three runs in the 9th.

Alec Bohm returned for the Phillies after an IL stint and slammed a three-run homer to left field in the 2nd to open a 6-0 Phillies lead.

Unfortunately, Aaron Nola, who was also returning from an LOOOONG IL stint then BLEW that lead allowing six runs to score in the bottom of the 3rd.

The Phillies re-took the lead on a Weston Wilson two-run single in the 4th and the Phillies never trailed after that.
