A light hearted but truthful podcast that aims to give middle aged people a lift.

Lloyd is a 50 year old teacher - recently single he is a father of 3 who has one working eye is bald and lacking confidence in his body shape. The irony being that he is outwardly the most charismatic person you will ever meet and loves to chat. Matt his friend of 20 years tries to cheer him up by discussing different topics and how they could be used to get him off his arse and get back to living in the moment.

Plenty of relatable anecdotes and more than a few laughs.

Episodes fortnightly.

Enjoy
