“Knowledge doesn’t change your life. Action does”

I enjoyed this episode. Stuart did a great job of keeping this familiar information from feeling stale as he framed it within the context of this book review, and interspersed his own anecdotes. It’s a good reminder of the interconnectedness of our well being and how mental, emotional, physical health and mindset all tie in to it. And of course I always enjoy when studies are cited and stats are mentioned. Fair play.

Beautiful, inspiring episode

This episode was beautiful, encouraging, and highly motivating. Stuart introduced science-backed approach to self-development and improving our lives, and I also appreciated hearing about his personal experiences which made the epidode even more relatable. Listening to this podcast is always a great way for me to take a moment to reflect on my life and figure out what small and manageable steps I can take right now to improve my life.
