What began as a personal practice became a life path — one that eventually led him to become a Silva Method instructor and guide others through this work. Andrea also shares her long relationship with the Silva Method and her practice of Spring Forest Qigong, offering beautiful insight into healing, energy flow, emptiness, and practice as a way of life.
