Why is it so difficult to have true contentment? It’s difficult to have true contentment due to several factors. One might be our mindset and our behavior, which can often lead us to feel unfulfilled despite our achievements. Another could be the constant reminders (the marketing) of things we are missing out on, which can hinder our ability to find contentment. But then when is enough… enough? There is a difference between what we need and what we want. If we have all we need to live, that means we have enough, and that’s different from letting ourselves become anxious and discontent over things what we merely want.
