We had a studio date booked with our third co-writer, and when things shifted, the whole plan fell apart. I started telling myself maybe it just wasn’t meant to be recorded. But something kept pulling me back to it.. So I trusted my gut and walked into the studio with Mike Loudermilk—just the two of us—taking a chance on something that almost didn’t happen. And by the grace of God, this risk turned into an amazing experience and something I am very proud of!Kirstie Kraus moved to Nashville in 2017 to further pursue her flourishing career as a solo recording artist and songwriter following her time in country-rock bands up in the midwest.
