Who is Shirah Mustardé?My name is Shirah Mustarde (pronounced shy-rah must-are-day) and I am a Natural Nutritionist and a Live and Dry Blood Analyst.I have always been interested in natural health. I suffered migraines from the age of 11 and my mother took me to a chiropractor, booked me in for reflexology, aromatherapy and homeopathy. It was a natural choice for us as a family to look to holistic remedies. When I first started working full time, after university, my health declined. At the time I was immersed in the New Age – I had become a Crystal Therapist and a Reiki Master as well as helping to run a therapy centre. I knew all about our aura, our chakras, meridians, spirit guides, meditation, and communing with what I thought were angels. However, I was not tuned into the physical body and its needs. My migraines came back and were stronger. I struggled to be able to work and eventually I was signed off by the Dr with ME or Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.I had to deal with my physical body – meditation, Reiki and crystals did not help. I had to change my diet. This is where my deep learning and experience with food, nutrition and how our bodies work/what they need, began. It took 2 years and a lot of experimenting with diet to get out of bed and be able to live a normal life again. I realised that the vehicle our soul lives in needs to be loved and cared for in order for us to live our potential here on Earth. We need to understand how this vehicle works, what influences it, good and bad, and keep it in the best condition we can throughout our lives.I first experienced Live Blood Analysis at a conference called Life Mastery by Anthony Robbins in 2001. He had all the participants (2,000!) undertake various techniques for mapping one’s health that included BMI, exercise and live blood analysis. The live blood analysis was fascinating to me and I never forgot the experience. After that I lived in Australia for a while and learned a lot from an excellent naturopath who taught me old fashioned nursing and healing techniques to assist my body such as castor oil packing, enemas, clay packing, Epsom salt baths as well as nutrition. When I came back to the UK I looked for a course that contained these aspects and I found The College of Natural Nutrition, created by Barbara Wren. Eventually I became a Natural Nutritionist and have been seeing clients since 2007.Years later my ambition to own my own microscope and do live blood analysis started. In 2011, I became a live and dry blood analyst, and I did this alongside nutrition with all clients. I learned so much more about our bodies by looking at blood, it revealed what was hidden within the body, it offered information that would help me understand each client’s unique pathway to their current health status.I have been training practitioners in Live and Dry Blood Analysis since 2011 – at first I was an apprentice, then I became a tutor and eventually I researched and wrote my own course which is now a global training course. Naturecure Academy has over 350 students in 31 countries, and we issue a professional certification. My tasks these days are more concentrated on research, using the blood to map treatments effects and create reports to show evidence via blood. My passion is seeking the truth about health and using the live and dry blood to make the invisible visible, always asking questions and ruling out possibilities to get close to the truth – rather than confirmation of bias. Eternally curious, discerning and not bothered about being wrong if it means the treasure of truth is unearthed! The bottom line is – this is not about me, but my niche and fairly unique set of skills may help shed light on the tapestry of human health and navigate our way to being optimum. My main message is –We are all different on the outside, so we are all different on the inside. For example – 10 people with the same symptom will not all respond to the same treatment. Why? Because we all have a different causal pathway that leads to the symptom. If you don’t test or assess, you are just guessing, even if it is an educated guess. In this world of health and wellbeing, full of information, education, opinions, products, treatments – all claiming to be the “cure”, the “remedy”, the “truth” – how can you be discerning and not overwhelmed? The key is to know yourself, understand your body and educate yourself. The blood can offer you information about your body that can be used to create a map of your health, you can also use it to navigate what works and what doesn’t, see what has changed and understand why – with the help of a professional analyst.I will illustrate the above points by showing you images of the blood, sharing some case studies as examples and I will have a blood sample under the microscope to show something live!Contact Shirah –Email info@vitalise-nutrition.co.uk Website www.vitalise-nutrition.co.ukMy training website – https://...
