Little Ones, Lies and Letters

Jewels says it's probably OK to tell little ones the truth when they have questions as long as we keep the explanations at their level, but also acknowledges, as usual, that she could be wrong.

And if you have little loved ones in your life (don't we all?), she recommends writing good old fashioned letters and cards because young children like receiving mail and they'll know that you're thinking about them, even if they don't tell you.
