Listener, Rachael - We are choosing to be Childfree!

This week, my guest is another one of my lovely listeners!

Rachael is getting married this year and she and her partner have decided to remain childfree. We discuss Rachael's life and how she does not feel a pull towards motherhood and prefers a life with her dogs.

We discuss how Rachael grew up believing she would have children and only relatively recently heard the term "childfree" and how she found online communities and podcasts to help her to process her decision. We talk about what it's like being the only childfree woman within her friendship circle, the pressures she has felt, her reasons for not wanting children and much more!

We also agree that a peaceful life is underrated!
