Acerca de esta escucha

Quarantined Quartet, a family of guitar virtuosos who turned adversity into opportunity and have since become a highly acclaimed musical talent, initially in the world of social media; now entering the live music scene and beyond.

Classically trained in Acoustic Nylon String Guitar Flamenco Spanish Music, the owners of New York Guitar Academy, Elysa and Jason, taught their children from a young age in their style of musicality and performance. We’re especially excited to have them with us sharing their story and insights on ListenUp! VideoCast Episode 30!

The quarantine forced them indoors, and at that point their artistic nature took over. In March of 2020 they began to post on Instagram daily, never imagining the reaction and responses they’d receive. 1603 days, and over 1 million followers later, they continue their journey to share their passion and brilliance with the world.

They’re wrapping up their original album recorded in Samurai Hotel Recording Studio, featuring original songs composed and performed by Noah (12) and Joseph (14). Upon its release they hope to tour Europe and beyond. Stay tuned as in many ways this album is just the beginning to a new chapter for this supergroup.

Their performance equipment using exclusively Cordoba guitars and Daddario strings gives them the extra comfort and boost in enhancing their playing style.

Featured at their Residency Concerts at Tavern on the Green, they’ve also performed as a featured act of the Candlelight Concerts, as well as at ApizzaFeast, organized by Taste of Newhaven, on 9/13 in New Haven, CT.

Reach out to Quarantined Quartet to book them for a concert, 1 on 1 online lessons, and check out their original music coming soon which will be available on all streaming platforms!
