Lisa Cohen – Hiring and working (in academia)

Lisa Cohen is an Associate Professor of Organisational Behaviour at McGill University’s Desautel Faculty of Management in Canada. She is also the Director for Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) there.

This episode is the first one hosted solely by Sara Mahabadi, Lisa’s former PhD student, and in this episode you get to know both of them a little bit as they speak about their joint research on hiring, as well as about working at a university.
