We all experience life and it's brutal scars, whether its from childhood, adolescence, or into adulthood. We can be traumatized by relationships, fallen dreams, or abandonment and left wondering how to grieve these unfortunate circumstances. Life is for living, but how are we supposed to live through disappointment or situations that we thought we would never survive?
