We are often told that if we work hard we can accomplish our dreams. While hard work will be required to reach any of your goals, hard work alone doens't guarantee anything. Sometimes your hard work will go unrewarded, but that doesn't mean it was a waste of effort. Not achieving your goal means you need to find a goal that will be achievable with your hard work and effort.

Your future Self is not defined or limited by your past Self. Don't focus on trying to fix the past. Instead focus on becoming the future version of your Self you feel called to be.

Nature has managed to exist since the beginning of time and it is never in a hurry, evolving at the rate that it is supposed to, and it will probably continue to do so as long as Earth exists.

Nature's ability to not be in a rush yet accomplish everything is needs to is a great example for how we should navigate our own lives.
