This week it's just me, sitting cozy on my bed, ready to have a nice little catch up with you. With Sonny back in school, I'm feeling that "new year" energy and today, it feels really good. This episode felt almost meditative for me, so thank you, as always, for giving me the space for this verbal journal of mine. I share an update on our surrogacy process, trying CO2 laser on my face, some thoughts on talking myself out of overthinking when it comes to content and what I put out into the world, and how we should all be learning to protect our energy and enjoy what's right here in front of us.
