Life Has No Remote - Daily Thought With Coach Daly - Tue. 7-29-25 #1626

Found an awesome & funny thought here that is right on target in our lives today. It came from The Mindfulness Meditation Institute (@TrainingMindful) and they reminded us that: “Life has no remote. Get up and change it yourself.” - Sushant Singh. What a true statement for each and everyone of us. If we don’t like “our channel”, change it. If we don’t like the “input”, change it. There are times to change our “volume” in life. If you’re close to my age.. You will remember something like this (what I posted with this): “Great thought here…. Plus, I had to laugh since I remember as a kid, “being the remote” for my parents when they wanted to change the channel and not having to get up to do it themselves.” Be active in taking care of being your own “remote” for your life!!
