Life Doesn't End On The Inside

This episode reflects how Isaac and I understood that our lives continued on the inside. We had to continue challenging ourselves to gain knowledge in many areas, including education, mental health, spiritual health, physical health and overall wellness. We detail how we kept our eyes on the prize and prepared daily for our inevitable release.
