Wendy talks to us about her addiction to prescription drugs, and of being in a toxic relationship, before discovering recovery 9 years ago. She now works in the field of recovery, helping others find wellbeing with a spiritual and holistic approach to her recovery practices. She also talks to us about a new initiative she is involved in - "sober yoga"!! Tune in to hear her amazing story, and what sober yoga is all about.
