A warm welcome listeners, to episode 5 of series 2, where we welcome Aaron to the Recovery Now Radio studio. Aaron is a west country lad, hailing from the kingdom of Cornwall, and in this episode he tells us how a diagnosis of a serious liver disease at a young age led him on journey towards excessive alcohol consumption and drug taking. BY his late teens his use of alcohol was out of control, he was losing friends and family, and something had to change. Listen now to hear about Aaron's amazing journey to recovery, and how in sobriety he's enjoying life as a film-maker. Still only a young man, Aaron has a wisdom that belies his young age, and we really enjoyed having him in to chat with us!!
