  • Since I moved back to Mumbai from Chicago and joined a gym, I had a question...why do we now do yoga the way white people do? Didn't we invent yoga in the first place?Well, to get a better understanding about the yoga/meditation industry in Mumbai, and how we have reconciled what yoga was (the version we started) and what yoga is (a western rebranding), I have invited two yoga instructors, Tanvi Rao and Riddhi Sajnani to the studio.
