Let's Get It Started - Frank Sinclair

Frank Sinclair is a proud native of Red Springs, North Carolina, and a graduate of Red Springs Sr High School, class of 1974. He served eight years in the U.S. Air Force after high school. Frank is currently the Chief Encouragement Officer of Dream Again Business Consulting and is the #1 Encouragement and Empowerment Coach in Colorado.

A leading influencer in his state, Frank is very community orientated serving on the Board of Directors of CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates), Another Life Foundation (Bringing awareness to mental health including the Black Men Project), Front Range Power Connectors, and Pikes Peak Pros. He further mentors men coming out of addiction and homelessness at the Springs Rescue Mission.

Frank was awarded the Colorado Random Acts of Kindness award in 2019 and the Most Influential Networker award in 2020. Married to Michelle, 3 of his 4 children are business executives in Denver, Colorado. He is certified in Life and Business Coaching, Leadership Development, Interpersonal Communications, and Diversity. Formally educated at the University of Maryland in business and the Nazarene Bible College in Biblical Studies.
