Ok so although it's Zero Down Payment there are some **Stings Attached** (Of course)... Here they are, so it's actually granted to you in the form of a 2nd mortgage which has no monthly payments and does not accrue interest and... does need to be paid back upon refinance, sale or once you've paid off the loan, But hey, it get's you into homeownership man!
