    • Ashlee Morton, Advocate and passionate para-Ice Hockey Athlete, chatted about Ashlee's love for the sport, encouraged others to get involved. Ashlee also spoke about her advocacy work.
    • Phil Penn, blind cricket historian, marked 100 years this Easter when the first interstate game of blind cricket was played between South Australia and Victoria (in Adelaide 1926) Was this the first recorded interstate game played for people with disabilities in Australia? the world?
    • Robbie Dunia, Aussie Storm athlete (Australian goalball team) has just returned from a successful tour of Europe. Robbie was named best defender for the tournament,
    • David Mitchell, health commentator, shared research about two types of magnesium - Magnesium threonate and glycinate - showing how effective they are at crossing the blood brain/barrier, and better delivering enormous benefits for cramps; helping with sleep and more. David also is now putting out a video each month on his work with mediation.
    • Belinda Hellyer, from Brewed by Belinda, has just won 9 medals - including 3 gold, in the Golden Leaf Awards.
    • Dr Nick Christelis, Pain Specialists, spoke about different pains; how they are managed; and could we manage pain better?

    • Kaitlyn Schurmann, medal winning para-cyclist at International Championships, has successfully switched to Boccea and wheelchair rugby - thanks to Kaitlyn's talent and skills and the Para Uplift Program.
    • Ben Troy, Chef de Mission for the Australian Winter Paralympic, team chatted from the snowy slopes of the Games in Italy. Ben had an update on our athletes and their progress.
    • Scott Watters, former-AFL player and Coach, is the Founder and CEO for Life Changer Foundation, Scott had news on Melbourne Victory football Club, hosting the Stand Together Mental Health Round in partnership with Life Changer Foundation at AAMI Park, Sunday, March 15th,
    • Nat Cook, SA Minister for Human Services, reflected on the last 4 years in government; Bedfords; hospital beds being occupied by people who could be in aged care, at home or on the NDIS; and more people with disabilities being employed by government. The Minister also spoke of plans and policies for the next term if elected.
    • Stephanie Karagiannis, Project Officer Staying at Home in Regional SA retreats,, spoke about Stephanie's role; the services available; the difference it can make to the quality of life for the carer and client.
    • Heidi Girolamo, Shadow Minister for Health and Wellbeing, shared some of the policies should a Liberal government be elected - including what will happen to the current Women's and Children's Hospital; making a visit to the GP more affordable and accessible; and had some thoughts about the situation regarding e-scooters and e-bikes and the seeming increase in accidents and incidences; as well as more financial support for those considering IVF.
