  • Ep. 90 - Leveling Up : The Painful Part
    Apr 22 2025

Everyone is familiar with the analogy for growth as represented by a caterpillar's transformation into butterfly, but what often goes unacknowledged is the process that takes place in the middle - the process of emerging from the cocoon. The act of 'leveling up' in any area of our life is required in order for lasting change to take hold. In today's episode we are discussing how this step in the process can be difficult, and even scary, and how we can navigate that.

Great insight and relevant leadership skills training

I love the way that Courtney and Michaela have taken the lessons learned from 16 years of operating Thrive, and share it in a way that is relevant not just in the sports industry but for anyone dealing with people on a day-to-day basis. Their insights on listening, communicating, and leading by example are all things that transfer seamlessly to my work in healthcare.
Great job Courtney and Michaela!
