What do I need to do, who am I going to see, how much money do I have, what do I need to do to get the house ready eeeeh? All the things. This should be a time when we feel great Joy and Love, but that is not always the case. Sometimes, we feel heavy, sad and stressed even grief. In this short episode ( pardon the background noise.
