Learn From Your Dog!

For our third episode, James is joined by Sally Beaton. Sally is a Women’s Holistic Nutritionist and Coach, the author of ‘Get Your Sparkle Back' and a huge lover of dogs!

The interview alternates between being very light-hearted and funny to covering issues like dealing with the grief of losing your dog. Sally brilliantly explains what we can learn from our dogs, including the importance of living in the present and being comfortable with the way that we look.
