It was hoped he would be in contention to face Sunderland this weekend in De Zerbi’s first game in charge. However, Spurs have confirmed that Kudus could be set to undergo surgery, ruling him out of Spurs’ final seven games of the season and casting his World Cup hopes with Ghana into doubt.
