Hello, Dreamer! I'm Larissa and I've written these bedtime stories to help you fall asleep quicker and sleep better. These stories are written from the perspective from a young person, but are appealing to anyone who might have a hard time nodding off. My voice is soothing and calming and my tales are a little bit nostalgic. I will read each one three times and each time my voice will get a little bit softer. All you need to do is relax and listen. If you wake up in the middle of the night, just listen again. Every time you do, this will gradually teach your brain to fall asleep when you hear my voice. Good night, dear dreamer!Copyright 2025 Larissa Langston Higiene y Vida Saludable Literatura y Ficción

Good evening, Dreamer! Tonight's soothing story is a direct retelling of an adventure I had when I was younger. You'll hear about the most delicious hot chocolate ever, a very famous painting, and an encounter with a goddess. As always, my bedtime tales are safe for all ages, and will be repeated in the recording to give you plenty of time to fall asleep. Thanks to Matt Bowers for my website, larissasmoonlittales.com, where you can find all my episodes, and a way to reach me, if you have any comments or suggestions. Goodnight, Dreamer!

    Love,

    Larissa Langston

Good Evening, Dreamer! Tonight's soothing bedtime story is about a magical night on the sea. You will hear about a beautiful little bay, the immense nighttime sky and one of the visual wonders of the sea. As always, my tales are told from the perspective of a young person, are based on my own memories, and typically have a sense of nostalgia. They are safe for anyone, so feel free to share them with someone who might need a little help falling asleep.
