Among his many accomplishments and accolades, he has been an ambassador for British business by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, he was knighted in the 2000 New Year Honours, he was awarded Harvard Business School’s highest honor, the Alumni Achievement Award, as well as being ranked the second-best CEO in the world by the Harvard Business review twice. He has also been nominated as one of Time magazine’s 100 most influential people, twice as well!
