    In today’s episode, I sit down with Gerardo Gutierrez (Guti), the creator of an innovative UV light device that mimics the healing properties of natural sunlight by delivering red, infrared, and UVB light frequencies in a specially formulated sequence. Guti shares insights from his research into how these different light bands impact our biology and overall well-being. Strategic sunlight exposure provides a wide range of health benefits - from boosting vitamin D, serotonin, and testosterone levels to improving conditions like eczema and psoriasis.
