LAPD Backtracks -- Now Says A Hollywood Man Did Not Plan A Mass Shooting

The LAPD now says there's no evidence that a Hollywood man planned a mass shooting, and no evidence that he threatened anyone with a firearm.  They says there is no threat to the public.  He did have a catch of guns and ammunition in his Hollywood apartment so that investigation continues.
