And much like the quote “The saddest thing about betrayal is that it never comes from your enemies.” The destruction is coming from the leader, the founder of MAHA, RFK Jr. himself. He rode MAHA into the White House and earned himself the title of Secretary of HHS. However, his crusade to end the trend of captured agencies, to push back against Big Pharma and to take on Big Ag is turning out to be more of myth than MAHA.

This week, President Trump signed an executive order titled “Promoting the National Defense by Ensuring and Adequate Supply of Elemental Phosphorus and Glyphosate - Based Herbicides." Right off the bat, you can deduce that if the government says something is for national defense it’s probably poppycock. What this order does has nothing to do with national security. It promotes domestic production of glyphosate while shielding the manufacturer from liability for any damage it may cause.

Your dinner plate is ground zero for the next battle for free speech. Meet Florida House Bill 433. This legislation is attempting to expand food disparagement regulations - making it one of the broadest of its kind in the country.

Food disparagement laws make it illegal to knowingly make false statements about perishable food products - such as meat, dairy, fruits and vegetables, etc. This is intended to protect the agricultural industry and food producers from claims that could cause financial harm. These food disparagement laws are commonly referred to as “veggie libel laws” because they are often used against animal rights and vegetarian activists.

Essentially, Florida took one look at veggie liable laws and said hold my beer. House bill 433 will broaden their current food disparagement laws. This legislation removes the word perishable from the law. It also adds protection for agricultural practices used in producing food products. This means it would apply to all food products - not just food that is perishable. Many fear this would give Big Sugar or makers of processed food companies near unlimited power to squash criticism of their products. The mere threat of a lawsuit is enough to chill the free speech of activists, influencers, journalists and anyone else who might want to warn or educate others on the potential harm of unhealthy foods.

Who would’ve thought two women, almost exactly 5 years apart, would provoke a visceral reaction in Americans. A reaction, that to someone with critical thinking skills, would see a glaring double standard.

Renee Good was killed by an ICE agent after blocking a street with her car and then leaving once he approached her car.

Ashli Babbitt was killed by a capitol police officer while trying to climb through a window during the January 6 protests.

Two women, both protesting the government, both not violent, both exercising free speech - both shot and killed by the very corrupt government they were protesting.

Just like two wrongs don’t make a right, two dead women at the hands of a fed does not make the government right. Being happy the government killed someone you disagree with is like getting excited when the IRS audits your political opponent - it defies your own ideology.

Border Patrol is tracking and tracing American drivers all across the country, according to an investigation by the Associated Press. This information comes from interviews with eight former government officials with direct knowledge of the program as well as government documents, state grant and law enforcement data, and arrest reports.

Border Patrol has concealed the details of this program for years - going to great lengths to keep it out of court documents, police and reports. They’ve even offered to drop charges in order to not reveal any details.

Their driver tracking program uses ALPR technology, which stands for Automatic License Plate Reader. That could be a dragnet for criminals - it also is a criteria that would sweep up average Americans on vacation or who live in rural areas. Their network of cameras extends along both the northern and southern border.

Air traffic controllers are working for free. Many are quitting. Others are using the shutdown and $0 paychecks as a sign to retire. We’re losing 15 to 20 air traffic controllers a day. This is a crisis with no end in sight. Just last week one area in NYC had just one ATC working the night shift. Yes. You heard that right. One air traffic controller. Now depending on your partisan affiliation you might blame the Democrats. ButRegardless of who you pin the shutdown on, one thing is for sure: we have an egghead in control of the Department of Transportation. That would be this guy. Sean Duffy. In fact, egghead is too generous.

At a recent TPUSA event, Vice President JD Vance answered questions about his Christian faith. He then stated, “I make no apologies for believing that Christianity is the pathway to God.”

Of course everyone in the audience cheered. Christian conservatives praised this online. Everyone who already saluted MAGA and the Trump administration doubled down on their Christian nationalist agenda.

But just because the Christian crowd cheered, doesn’t mean that they should’ve.
