She kicks things off by responding to a new comment about her swearing (1:18) and then gets right to a big NGL announcement about going to the Winter Olympics (2:30). Then, in honor of her mother-in-law Donna’s debut on ‘The Traitors’ Kylie attempts her best recap and weighs in on Donna’s story within the show and some viral clips (4:59). After that, in “Doomscroll of the Week,” Kylie debates whether she and Jason have a “swag gap” based on a new gen z trend about couples with varying levels of swag from both a fashion and personal perspective (8:02). She also gives an update on her breastfeeding journey with Finnie and how challenging it can be to pump and dump when traveling for work (10:54). Kylie comes to terms with sharing the studio with another Cowboys fan and asks Demi about her mom who was a Dallas Cowboys cheerleader (26:30). Demi also gets into her new dance-pop era and her new album “It’s Not That Deep” including her and Kylie’s favorite tracks on the album and what the Lovatics can expect when she goes on tour this spring (29:28). Demi shares her enjoyment of playing Philly crowds and gets a cheesesteak rec from Kylie. Kylie asks Demi about her favorite songs to perform live (35:29) and also brings back a topic that Ed Sheeran brought up on NGL last season: which artist in their hometown would be the “cheat code” for the loudest crowd ever?! Kylie and Demi also look back at Demi’s insanely viral surprise appearance at the Jonas Brothers concert and what that was really like reuniting on stage after so many years (40:14). And speaking of the Jonas Brothers, Kylie asks Demi about her Disney Channel days and Demi reveals she most recently watched “Camp Rock” with her husband Jordan (47:40). Kylie also can’t help but check in for any inside scoop on “Camp Rock 3.” Lastly, Kylie asks Demi about her brand new cookbook coming out this March (55:15) and can’t resist asking her for her favorite dish, which leads us to very unexpected but very wonderful discussion about pickles. Demi also explains how much cooking now means to her as someone in recovery from an eating disorder (56:35).
