At Chatham, Mike is a full professor of biology teaching scientific research methods, biostatistics, and evolutionary biology, he is an advocate and member of the faculty science DEI committee, has been appointed as a fellow with the American Association for the Advancement of Science, and has over 7,000 citations from his numerous publications.

Ethan Block is an Associate Professor of Biology at Chatham University. Between his early morning gym sessions, teaching, research, mentoring, rooting for the Penguins, and taking care of his family, Ethan has also plenty of time to be cool. Respected as one of the most passionate, understanding, and motivated professors, Ethan finds a way to inspire most Chatham science students through his Neuroscience and Cellular & Molecular Biology classes.
