The girls kick off the episode chatting about sleep, or lack there of in Sarah’s case. Zoe shares some tips she has seen on tiktok that may help, including the sleep girl mocktail. Zoe shares a personal win around growth! She shares that she made a video this week where she had to pull hate comments from a viral video, and none of them were triggering! If you have been here for a minute, you know this is a huge win! She shares that the only two comments that got to her were about her taste in music. The girls from there get into what music they listen to and what music they like to listen to while working out.

Both girls share that they are currently trying to scroll less as social media is heavy right now, and our FYPs are reflecting that. Sarah shared that Florida just made a ban on tiktok, and that Texas did a similar thing with “CornHub”. This led them into an impromptu conversation about what our plan is for our kids and their use of social media. What their thoughts of, what rules they will have and how involved they will be.

Sarah then shares that there are some innocent things on her FYP like making easter baskets and easter traditions!
