    Ep. 10

Kinda how we handle our mental health online

    Intro:

    0:00-16:36

This week's episode intro is honestly all over the place, the girls touch on tiny toques, their water preference, and their love for Britney Spears perfume! They really do a good job of keeping you on your toes! Then they get into what the got up to for the week, Zoe still feels like she is playing catch up from her vacation, and Sarah took Sully for some immunizations and her 10 month check up.

Sarah shares that her pediatrician recommended trying to start Sully on cows milk and start weaning in preparation for daycare, and somehow the girls go from there to Colostrum smoothies at Erewhon.

A real rollercoaster of an intro!

    Whats on your FYP:

    16:37-25:37

Zoe’s FYP is serving food and drama! She kicks it off by sharing that everyone is eating the Buldak noodles in spicy carbonara and she needs to get her hands on them! Next up is hair drama! There are some videos circulating on TikTok of a girl name Taylor who had a bleaching accident with her hair, and got it fixed by a hairdresser named Alfredo for free, but shes not happy with it! The two main points the girls take away from the videos is that there was no contract signed about what services she would be getting done, and no disclosure on Alfredos videos, as Taylor has shared that he was actually getting paid by the brands he was using!

Sarah’s FYP is all about Bethany Frankle in Abbotsford! Bethany from RHONY and SkinnyGirl is filming a movie in Vancouver and is putting small businesses in Abbotsford BC on the map! She is highlighting a ton of food and retail businesses, and sharing that Abbotsford has more to offer in her opinion than the Hamptons!

    23:38-1:13:58

On this weeks episode Zoe and Sarah get into mental health while in the content creator space. They share their highs and lows, how they protect themselves, their thoughts on blocking people, and if their mental health has gotten better or worse since sharing their lives on the internet. They also touch on the stress of financial instability while in this space, and how it can be taxing on both your mental health, and the environment while trying to stay on top of trends.
