Kevin Sinfield's 7 in 7: Together Challenge Day 2

On the second day of the 2025 7 in 7: Together challenge, Kevin Sinfield and his team headed across the Irish Sea to Cork in the south of the Republic of Ireland.

Award winning journalist Paul Hayward is back with the podcast around the challenge, bringing you a unique insight into the challenge with the whole team. The visit to Cork was a special day for physiotherapist Dave O'Sullivan as he returned to his home town to meet old friends, reunited with his parents and take the team passed his childhood home.

O'Sullivan also reveals how working with Sinfield has inspired him to write a new book that is aimed at all people facing their own challenges in life and the lessons that we can learn from Sinfield's resilience.
