Hi mamas, in this episode I talk about mental health and how important it is to get that taken care of before it’s to late. I also talk about how important it is to show and tell your babies how much you love them on a daily basis. Last thing I talk about is keeping the joy in our kids by not letting them know who “Santa” really is. Keep them as pure as possible.
