    Alla Kurolapnik is a matrimonial and family law attorney with over twenty years experience in the area of matrimonial and family law.

    Alla started her legal career as a prosecutor at the Administration for Children’s Services, where she prosecuted parents for abuse and neglect of children. After leaving ACS, she worked for a number of prominent Manhattan law firms before starting her own small practice in 2013.

    Since training as a divorce mediator, in 2018, Alla has focused her practice on helping families resolve conflict in and out of the court room.

    She is a board member at Family Divorce Mediation Council, she’s a member of the NYSBA Family Law section and Dispute Resolution section, she’s a court appointed mediator through the NY State Unified Court System ADR Program, and she has been recognized as a Super Lawyer in 2024 and 2025.
