I found a very targeted message to myself today and it came from Mark Hickie (@MPHickie) and this was it: “A message for today … Starting over doesn’t mean failure; it’s a brave act of courage. You’re allowed to try again, no matter how many times you’ve started.” Wow, did I need to hear this and in today’s episode I get a bit fired up about some things that are going on in my life and around all of us too. It’s ok to start again. It’ ok to offer ourselves some grace. It’s totally ok to just keep choosing to get better!! I love that connection! I will be looking at the guy in my mirror looking back at me and telling him - grab my hand, I got you… let’s go!!
