I’m joined by Love Island star and Muay Thai enthusiast Kaz Crossley! Kaz has been in the public eye for a number of years now, always with unmatched energy and a smile on her face. She described to me how Love Island ‘saved her life’ pushing her to leave toxic relationships and learn more about herself.
