In addition, he is the author of five books on various aspects of health and wellness. Red regularly researches the chemical processes in the human body at the cellular level. He looks for cause and effect relationships. He is regarded as an authority in longevity. He is a veteran of Vietnam and Bosnian wars and retired as a Navy Captain.
