Juvenile lifer who was released in 2018 is sentenced for stealing $95K in COVID relief funds

A Montgomery County man, who spent 30 years in prison before being released after life sentences for juveniles were ruled unconstitutional, was sentenced for stealing tens of thousands of dollars in COVID-19 relief funds, just three years after he was paroled.
