Just a quick beginning

The things life has thrown at me would blow some minds. I think I'm going to start from the earliest memories and some of what I was told from my early years. I'll explain things in my own words and will always be willing to talk to anyone who has gone thru some similar traumatizing events. PTSD is an everyday battle and brings so many other interferences in life. I don't want any pity, I only want to get my story out and help others cope with the trauma life throws our way.
