June Full Moon & the Feminine Principle of the Storyteller

Today’s episode is another full moon preview of the 13 Clan Mother’s Book Club. In this episode, we look at the feminine principle of the Storyteller.

She teaches us:

• How to teach through telling stories that contain lessons
• How to balance the sacredness with irreverence / using humor creatively
• How to speak from our experience without judging others or being self-righteous
• How to be a student in life as well as the teacher, preserving the wisdom gained
• How to speak the truth

Suggestions for integration during this lunation:

• Activity: Ask the elders in your life about stories they were told as children, or perhaps lessons they’ve learned throughout their lives.
• Journal prompt: Reflect on the stories that have been shared with you, and/or the wisdom you’ve gleaned from your own life experience.
• Mantra: The truth I speak from my heart is medicine.
