June 24, 2025: Canucks win the Cup(Calder)!! Does MVP Silovs lead to a Demko deal?

The Canucks are Champions! Matt and Blake recap a big night in Charlotte as Abbotsford wins game 6 of the Calder Cup final! The guys go over all that was learned over the Cup run, and what it means for the future of the coach Manny Malhotra, and key players like Karlsson, Silovs, Klimovich and others. Plus, the trades continue in the NHL but the Canucks remain on the outside looking in, so the guys debate whether a Demko trade in a soft goalie market might make sense considering Silovs' playoff run. TSN's Frank Corrado joins as well, discussing what a deep AHL playoff run can do for a player, positively and negatively. He gives his two cents on whether Linus Karlsson's brand of hockey should be transferrable to the NHL, and he gets into the NHL deals that we've seen so far and the ones that seem destined to happen.
