  • On a hot summer night on July 13, 1982, three teenagers, Raylene Rice, Jill Montgomery and Kenneth Franks, were brutally murdered in Speegleville Park, near Lake Waco, Texas. That night the area was full of people, yet nobody saw the trio leave the area, no one heard any screams and no one saw any kind of commotion on the other side of the lake.
    Four men were quickly arrested and in the following months, a complex criminal case unfolded, one that sparked local and national attention.
    Was an innocent man executed?
