I am trained as a school neuropsychologist. I remember having this discussion during one of our training lectures back in 2004. At the time, cell phones were not as sophisticated but we talked about how the brains of children could change with more exposure. We also see this with violence and desensitization of thinking that death or lose of a limb is permanent. Great interview.

This is fact. I wish all parents/ guardians would be required to hear this.
