Joining a Church Staff

In our second episode of Intentional Ministry, we continue with the world of church leadership and discuss working on a church staff. Pastor Stephen Mizell is joined by Pastor Sheryl Daughety, who has worked at the church twice in the past decade.

Sheryl’s journey into vocational ministry began as a volunteer at Open Door Church and eventually led to a position as Children’s Pastor. Her time on staff has taken some unexpected turns and seen the church transform in many ways.
